CHECK-IN Please remember that THE OFFICE CLOSES AT 11:30 PM. Please give the office a courtesy call before 5 PM if you will be in after that time.

If you will be in after 11:30 PM Please state the time for online reservations.

CANCELLATIONS

Only one booking policy will apply depending on how short notice the booking is made.

Payments by cash, and the following cards:
Visa, Mastercard.
American Express - a charge of 3%.

We reserve the right to temporarily hold an amount prior to arrival. A deposit of 50% of the booking total is required.

The deposit will be refunded according to the cancellation conditions. Full booking balance must be paid 7 days before arrival. If the booking is cancelled less than 7 days before arrival then a charge equal to the first night of the stay will be made.

If the booking is cancelled 7 or more days before arrival then a charge equal to $28 per room booked will be made.
In the event of a no show or booking reduction (after arrival date) the full cost of the booking is charged

NON-SMOKING ROOMS

    Please observe the posted non-smoking rooms and property for the benefit of those people that may be allergic to smoke. Respect others around you and advise our customers to smoke away from the front of the motel. (When caught smoking in a non-smoking rooms will get a one-time fee of $75.00 plus tax for Health & Allergen reasons. )

PARKING

​

    We are sorry but we have only enough room for one car per room if you come with more than one car or anything in tow please be prepared to find other options for parking for those items. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

PETS

​

Pet-Friendly Rooms are only available in #12, #13, #14, and #15 

(Pets found in non-pet-friendly rooms will get a one-time fee of $75.00 plus tax for Health & Allergen reasons. )

​

We do accept some well-behaved small dogs, 40 lbs. and under, but only on certain dates throughout the year and in certain rooms with hardwood floors. It is an extra $28.00 per dog a night, and you must have a valid credit card on file for any damages that may result. There is a dog park right around the corner. If you are going to be gone all day, there are Kennels close which can board your dog for the day as long as the dog is up to date on their shots. If you want to bring your dog please let us know so we can let you know if we can accommodate you during the dates you want to stay with us.

ROOMS

​

Our rooms have all of the basics including two double beds, cable TV, a small refrigerator, a microwave, and of course A/C. Standard rooms and suites price are for two people, and $10.00 fee for extra person, standard rooms accommodate 4 adults max. We also have two suites available; each can accommodate up to 5 adults max. Rooms with kitchenettes are #14, #15, #29, #30, #31, and #32. Cali King beds are rooms #28, #29, #30, and #31. We also have ocean view rooms from the street and they are rooms #17, #18, #19, #20, and #21. First floor rooms starting from the opposite end from the office; room #1 to #15, and second floor rooms are #17 which is over room #1 to #32. We also have multiple weeks available for rent but you will want to call for details on those rooms.
